These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HQ Recovery's services, facilities, website, booking systems, and equipment. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

HQ Recovery provides access to sauna, cold plunge, compression boots, recovery equipment, and recovery room facilities. The availability of specific services may vary and is subject to change.

By using our facilities, you confirm acceptance of HQ Recovery's Health Commitment Statement. All facilities and equipment are used entirely at your own risk. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before visiting.

All bookings are made online. Full payment is required at the time of booking, processed securely via Stripe. Booking confirmation will be sent by SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Cancellations and rescheduling are permitted up to 12 hours before your scheduled session.

All guests must follow posted safety instructions and the direction of HQ Recovery staff at all times. The following are strictly prohibited: alcohol, illegal substances, disruptive behaviour, and misuse of any equipment or facilities.

HQ Recovery accepts no responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during your visit. We recommend leaving valuables at home.

You acknowledge that the use of all HQ Recovery equipment and facilities carries inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all associated risks. HQ Recovery is not liable for any injuries or illnesses arising from your use of our facilities, except where such liability is prohibited by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HQ Recovery's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

By booking with HQ Recovery, you agree to receive service-related communications regarding your sessions and account. Marketing or promotional communications will only be sent where you have provided explicit consent.

Gift cards, credits, and session packages are non-refundable and may be subject to expiry dates. Please check your gift card or package terms at the time of purchase.

Users who cause intentional or negligent damage to HQ Recovery's facilities or equipment may be held financially responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.

HQ Recovery reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the premises who is found to be in violation of facility rules, is under the influence of alcohol or substances, or is behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner. Memberships may be suspended or terminated in such circumstances.

HQ Recovery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
